An Executive Committee consisting of members representing various interests elected by the General Body and nominees of Government of Kerala representing various Departments is constituted for the management and control of the affairs of the Chapter. The Executive Committee can also co-opt Members to the Committee. The present strength is 25
The Labour Minister, Govt. of Kerala is the ex-officio Patron of the Chapter. The Other Office bearers such as Chairman, Vice Chairmen (2), Honorary Secretary, Honorary Joint Secretary , Honorary Treasurer for the smooth functioning of the Chapter.
